You will encounter various kinds of enemies on your way. You will have to fight them, and if you die, you will lose all the items you had on you.
The game is inspired by The Binding of Isaac, as stated by the developers.
The gameplay is very similar to that of the previous game, as you have to explore the various dungeons of the island to find various kinds of items and power-ups.
